Are these dolls one of a kind?
Yes! Each Doll Loft doll is hand crafted and the faces are hand painted so that each doll is as individual as its owner! No two dolls are exactly alike.
How do I order a doll?
Simply select from our skin, hair and eye color options and record on our order form. We will do the rest! You will love the result!
Can I send you my own fabric?
Because fabrics have different sewing properties, we only use our own fabrics to create Doll Loft dolls and Doll Loft clothing. If you have a special request for doll clothing, though, give us a call and we will talk about it. If we can accommodate your request, we will!
Can you copy a doll from a photo?
Each face is hand painted and we can therefore add a birthmark or other special feature from a photo including glasses. We do not make portrait dolls.
How long will it take to receive my doll?
Dolls are usually shipped 8 – 10 weeks after we receive your order. E-mail us if you need a special, speedier delivery.
What if I do not like my doll?
We unconditionally guarantee each and every "Made-to-Order" doll we sell. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please return the doll to us and we will cheerfully refund the purchase price immediately.
Are kits returnable?
Because Doll making Kits and Patterns contain many parts, we are not able to accept kits and patterns for return.
